Andy Snider, President of Snider Associates

Over the last 10 years Andy has worked with senior executives in corporations and training companies to help them successfully create strategies to develop and integrate learning and knowledge systems to support major performance change initiatives. Some of the clients that Andy has worked with include: Bain Consulting, BellSouth, Dupont, Forum Corporation, Harvard Business School, Honda, Intuit, Pfizer, Tricon, and Unilever.

Prior to founding Snider Associates, Andy was the CEO and founder of VIS Corporation, an INC 500 Company, which created over 400 custom e-learning applications. Before VIS Andy was an executive at ABC Television in New York.

Andy lives in Boston with his wife and 2 teenage sons. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and Lehigh University. He is actively involved with: The Instructional Systems Association, The Greater Boston Educational Council, Harvard Graduate School of Education, The Conservatory Lab Charter School, and The World President’s Organization.
